If you booked a Space  and the space host did not provide services as indicated on their listing, please contact us. We will make every attempt to make it right, through contacting the space owners and taking action where necessary.

 

Every Space has a review field in the description section. Here you’l find  the following notification,…’Only logged in customers who have purchased this product may leave a review.’

In order to maintain utmost transparency and avoid biased reviews, we require a booker to book a space, interact with the space owners and experience their service before said booker can leave a review fpr said space. After booking, one can return to review section and leave a review.

People require different things from their workspaces. Some may be looking for a budget-friendly way of getting out of their home office and into a more sociable work environment. Others may be looking a place to  meet with clients and make an excellent impression.

Taking this into consideration, we created ‘Space categories’ to help streamline a marketplace user’s search for the perfect venue for them. This means that during the space review process, our team sorts each approved space into one of the categories available.

While it is best to give your space host at least 24 hours notice, it may be possible to make last-minute bookings (most hosts respond quickly to booking requests). 

If you are creating an account by registering, your account can be verified via email. However, to ease this process, you can log in with your social media handles. This process does not require you to verify your account.
